Error message during the loading of...

...Windows XP Setup CD? Trying to format my friend's PC, booted from a windows xp CD. I got this error message:File sbp2port.sys caused an unexpected error (32768) at line 5964 in d:xpsprtmbasebootsetupsetup.c.Press Any Key To Continue...Pressing any key restart the PC.The same CD loads fine on my PC. What should I do?
