I have e-machine model T6216. It is about 18 mo. old and the motherboard is shot! Warranty was only 12 mo. I have heard that this is/was a common problem with this PC. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it?I do know that some companies make exceptions to warranties when problems are numerous. Has anyone been successful in having emachine replace an out-of-warranty board? Contact number. Thanks
