driver error-the proyrction driver is...

...installed but has not been rebooted yet , please reboot your system .? error (#10010) Already rebooted system,other cds work..Can any one help ,,need to run this for school work.running vistaerror(#10010) running vista ,tried rebooting , still have error, other cds & dvds works,runs ok on other compluters, need to use for school work
