I downloaded ipod art so songs on itunes but they

dont sync to my ipod? I have the new ipod classic, and it has the cover flow feature that i want to use. I downloaded the cover art to itunes and its all there, but i cant get it on my ipod. I even tried re-uploading the songs to my computer but they still didnt show up.
