it's very slow, jerky and bad.? The first time I tried it, it worked great. Now, it's jerky and sound is slow-mo. I un-installed it and re-installed a later version, but things are just as bad. It's almost as if the the mechanical part of my drive is sticking. Is this dirt? How do I clean the drive? The whole idea was to save money, you know.
