Does yahoo Asia always have trouble with...

...their internet connection? Is somebody fixing this problem? I'm actually having a conversation with my hubby via the internet. We're having trouble with the web cam. It seems that the transmission of images is delayed. Is Yahoo Asia having trouble with their connection AGAIN? When is this gonna be fixed? How long do we have to wait? Please do something. Thanks.
