Does the mobile chat on the iphone have...

...difficulties starting up sometimes? i'm not sure if its just my iphone. But when i try to log onto aim, sometimes it doesnt log on and sometimes it does. When it does, it works fine. Its just alotta times, it wont even log in. does anyone else have this problem?
