Does the iTouch only connect to the internet through

its WiFi connection or can you get a data plan for it? I am wondering about the ITouch's ability ti connect to the internet.It Wi-Fi option makes it seem limited. I wan to know if it would be possible to supplement it with a "cellphone" data plan? And if it is possible what would the pricing be on a feature like that?
