does having 2 xbox live accounts on 2 different xbox

360s both using the same connection affect your internet? does it make your bill higher or make your internet REALLY slow. me and my brother both have xbox 360s and he has xbox live, so i was just wondering what would happen if i got it.does it affect the gameplay on either of the 360s or your internet bill?
