Does anyone know of a website or program that wil

allow you to upload ringtones to a samsung u740 phone? I have tried data pilot and mobile master and I have even tried myxertones and emailing them but the programs do not reconize my phone is connected to my computer (yet Media Player does) and myxertones and emails come back as blocked or connectioned refused by verizon any help would be greatly appreciated
