Does any one know how to make a Hp pc like

new (windows xp)? hey everyone! i have a HP pc with windows xp. Awhile back i ran into a video that taught me how to basically make it run like it was just out of the box by deleting everything through the command prompt but i cant seem to find it now...anybody know how i could do this? Thank you very much!
