Do any Medicare Part D plans cover

bio-identical hormones? I am disabled and just started getting disability. I am new to Medicare. I would like to know if anyone knows if there is a plan that covers bioidentical hormones, and if so, what plan would that be? I'm in Arizona, if that makes a difference. Thanks! Also, is there any way to look up prescriptions, such as TRI-EST/PROGEST/DHEA 6/300/8 MG TROCHE online to see who covers it (these are made at compounding pharmacy).
