Dell Motherboard compatibility question.?

I would just like to confirm that a old GX270 sff motherboard P/N C2057 can be replaced by a DG286. Is the DG286 a 800 buss p-4 ht? If you know, or know how to look this up I would appreciate it. I have tried but lost in Dell's website.thanks
