CT-7VJL Motherboard & RAM Problems?

Setup:Motherboard - CT-7VJL KT-333RAM - 3 x 1GB 2700 DDR333 2.5VCPU - AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 1.79 GHzGRAPHICS - ATi Club 3D Radeon 9250 128mb DVI/TV 9258ATVD (Running 2 monitors - 1 via VGA and 1 via VGA off the DVI socket with a dvi/vga convertor)2 HDDs 80GB & 500 GBOS: XP service Pack 2Hi I am having problems with my PC intermittently becoming plagued by the dreaded blue screen. As far I as I am aware the 2 most common problems for this are either bad RAM, or a corrupt install of windows. So firstly I decided to look into the RAM, and eventually I downloaded HCIDesigns' MemTest. On the first run (with all 3 sticks of RAM installed) I received multiple errors. According to MemTest even one error indicates bad RAM.So to isolate which stick is the faulty one I tried booting the PC with only one stick at a time in the same slot and all 3 tests came through clean. I then repeated all 3 sticks in at once, with one error showing. Then I tried stick 1 and 2 (in slots 1 and 2), then stick 1 and 3 (slots 1 and 3), and finally sticks 2 and 3 (slots 2 and 3) together at the same time, all without errors so far.MemTest suggests this may be a problem with the motherboard or bios settings, but I am not sure as to how I check this, because the BIOS settings are set to default, and I have never played around with them. The blue screen has not appeared at any point during these tests...but I have also closed down all unneccessary programs while testing....and it has been known to appear a dozen times in a day and then not re-appear for weeks.I really want to avoid a full windows re-install at this point if possible. Is there anyway to check the motherboard (and its settings) or to repair the windows install if necessary without wiping the hard drive?Thank you in advance, and apologies for the essay like lenght of this description!
