What is the best processor?The AMD Athlon X2 6000 + 3.0 Ghz Dual Core) (2 MB Cache) with hyper-transport.Or…………..Intel core 2 Quad Q6600 (1066 MHz FSB) (8 MB Cache).I am building a gaming computer to the max with dual GeForce 8800 GTX 768 MB cards and want to know the pro’s and con’s of each processor.Ya, I am leaning towards the Intel as that is what I have always had and my experience is good with those.. too.
