Computer Voltage Requirements?

Well, im going to assemble a computer taiwan with all its components....from what i know...the power supply in taiwan is 110...I'll be bring the computer to philippines...which has the power supply of 220..so im asking which part of the computer should i look into so the voltage complements with the philippines?or if this really matters?
