COMPUTER HELP PLEASEEE!!! i get all these pop ups

and spyware things from internet speed monitor and virus? messages...i know i should bring it to geek squad but i am short on cash and i need a quick free fix...does any 1 know a website that will let me download a free softwar to end these problems it is driving me crazy!!! please hel-pppp
