Choosing motherboard for first build narrowed down

to foxconn p35a or gigabyte ga-p35-dq6 which is best ? I am not a gamer the main purpose for this machine is for 3d modeling and rendering. Running Maya 8.5. Not really concerned about overclocking. Installing fireglv 7350. What I am really wondering is it worth the extra $150 for gigabyte board ?
