Choose between these 2 motherboards...?

EVGA 122-M2-NF59-TR Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboardhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...188016ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...813131013I am getting an AMD 64 X2 6000+ 3.0 GHz processor and a EVGA 8800 GTX.I heard that the Asus board has some RAM compatibility problems and that it has a low range of voltage for memory. Does all of that really affect the performance?
