cheetah dvd burner help?

i donloaded a veoh dvd, converted to avi,http://www.cheetahburner.com/CheetahDVDB...o-DVD.html and converted to AUDIO_TS, VIDEO_TS folders, and burned.http://www.cheetahburner.com/CheetahDVDB...VD.htmlbut when i play on my dvd player, it says "bad disk"i followed the steps, but what did i do wrong??
