...another computer. What to do? Cannot find server..? At the time I am at home on my own computer. My sister in law has me helping her install her modem and software onto her computer...I'm having a really difficult time. I even spoke to a woman on the phone from tech support that could not help me. She has a small Motorola modem that at&t sent her. I already got to the part where it asks to create an email address and it was already done because I can access it from my computer but for some reason Internet explorer won't come up...or firefox. It just says cannot find server, not responding. All of the green lights on the modem are on and the activity light is blinking on and off so I'm thinking that it's connected. We already tried clearing out the cookies and cache, turning off the firewall, pop up blockers, restarting, nothing works..at the end the tech support agent just told me to contact Microsoft, I don't think the problem is with Microsoft. What do I do?
