Can some one help me with my internet's download...

...speed? I am having a lot of trouble with downloading movies of the internet. Every time i download a file through bitlord or limewire, the file opens but the download takes like 3 hours to do 1 percent, and the files are even that big, they are like 790-1 GB. My intertent speed as of speedtest.net is 10 Mb
