Where can i get a Windows XP SP2 installer that will...

...retain my current genuine license? I don't have the Windows XP cd or installer that comes with my Dell Inspiron 8600 but I want to reinstall it. The problem is i just can't download any windows installer because I want the license on this current installation to be carried over to the new installation so that I can still enjoy genuine benefits.
