I currently have a T-Mobile Dash, but I want an Apple iPhone. I want to buy an iPhone and then unlock it to use it for T-Mobile. But, can anyone explain to me what Firmware is and how you even unlock an iPhone? Is it illegal to unlock an iPhone? Are there risks to unlocking an iPhone, does it "hurt" the phone?If I do unlock it can I still use the internet, youtube, text messaging, etc? Please Help!Thank You So Much!
