Since installing Google Desktop Search it seems to be causing Outlook to stop responding. I am using a Microsoft Exchange Server. This first started with XP and Outlook 2003.I bought a new ThinkPad with Vista and Office 2007 and I am experiencing the same problem.I may be working in Outlook when it checks with the exchange server and then Outlook sometimes will stop responding. I wait to see if it unfreezes itself to no avail. I then have to close Outlook and restart at which time it states that it was not properly shutdown and then take 15 minutes to check my data file which is about 4 G.I am curious if Desktop Search is causing the problem. The problem started about the time I switched from Yahoo Desktop to Google. I am not certain if that is the problem as other employees have had similar problems but are not running either desktop search programs.Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks,Phil
