i have an acer 3100 laptop. i have heard to turn on the switch or that when people turn in on that on the screen it shows up that there is no connection.....well for me, the switch dosnt turn on when i try it and nothing comes up on the screen. i would also think that on my control panel there would be some thing but there is nothing. the bluetooth comes with the laptop and the sale person says that it ready and prepared nd that i dont have to download or install nothing nor buy so whats wrong why cant i turn it on...someone please help me
