...HD or not? my HD ready Phillips tv only has a DVI-I input to connect my xbox 360 to. so the set up i have currently is a VGA lead into a DVI to VGA converter to the DVI-I socket on my tv. but when trying to select the HD settings on the Xbox 360 desktop i cant find any. the only thing i can find is screen resolution. so i dont know if i'm actually getting the most from my Xbox 360. any help?but the VGA cable doesnt have hdtv switch on it. that switch is on the original xbox 360 lead. the screen resolution options arent 720p 1080i etc, they are 1280 x 800 etc! whats the ideal setup for a tv with the only HD input as a DVIyeah it only has dvi coz its only a 20" tv in my bedroom. i've found some answers on another site and i've already got a dvi to rgb component converter. so i'm gonna have another try with that when i get the chance.
