...motherboard? I have a P4V88+ AsRock motherboard, that supports SATA 1.5GB. Can I buy a HDD that is SATA2 (300mb/s) and run it on my system? Will it "slow" down to 150mb/s, which is the speed I think normal SATA runs at?
