...play? My laptop had been doing some updating ON ITS OWN as scheduled. After the updates it didn't work (burning cds and playing dvds). But before all this happened it worked fine and I even used it a few weeks ago, but this time it won't do anything. It won't recognize the dvd and it won't let me burn cds at all. I tried burning a cd and it says to put a burner in... IT CAME INSTALLED ALREADY. LOL Im confused as to what happened and how I can fix the problem. My mom wants a cd to be burned and my daughter wants to watch Shrek 3 on my laptop. Can someone please help me with this horrible situation? thanks so much
