select proper boot device or insert boot media in select drive i have an hp computer with a samsung 160gb harddrive and some how everything on the hard drive got deleted, including the OP. I'm trying to install linux because its free and i cant affort to pay like 400 dollars for a windows cd. I put the cd in the cd drive and put that first on the BIOS screen and nothing happens it still goes to that screen. I dont know what to do. HELP! can someone please tell me how to do it. make a guidePLEASEEEEEEEEi downloaded a version of linux and copied it to a cd as an iso file. the cd had other stuff on it. should i delete everything from it
