i'm upgrading a friend's pc but it is old, it works with sdram (pc133) and has 256Mb. I wanna upgrade to 1 gb but when i put in the slot the memory and turn on the pc it doesnt reconize all the ram only in the BIOS's menu shows just 256MB.the motherboard is:MS7188D (Matsonic) and it supports 1 gbI wanna know how can i solve this problem?if you will answer "updating your BIOS" please explain how i can do that cause i know that is dangerous :SV THKS
