Tuner KF659 HC649, but I have Windows Vista. Can I get it to work? I just got the Dell TV tuner, but now I cannot use it, because it was meant for Windows XP. Is there a way to downgrade to Windows XP Media Player to use it?When I plug it into my USB port, it goes through the normal process, but when I use the disk to get it to work, no dice. It says that I cannot use on my operating system. Please help!
