...one...my warranty has not expired.? i left my ipod outside a barnes and nobles store a couple days ago. i called and they don't have it in their lost and found...nobody turned it in. that ipod was a birthday gift from my mom...and i feel extremely guilty about losing it. what should i do?! please help me. :'(my ipod is registered with apple. i thought i should call and ask if they could send me a new one...i bought it in june of 2007 and my warranty hasn't expired. but if they ask me to send the old one...i can't. i tried calling, but its after office hours now. i'll have to call tommorrow.but do you think i'll be able to get a new one?well, what if i lie and say its broken "due to faulty workmanship."
