For some reason my Venturer 10" Portable DVD player wont work with the AC adapter i bought... It works fine when you use the DC car adapter, however when i try to use the AC adapter I bought it comes on, but displays the "DVD" screen for a second and then goes to a black-ish blue screen with rolling bars going down it... at this point none of the buttons work or anything... It also makes a "Electronic humming" noice from the speakers for some reason...IT called for 9v & + polarity... so thats what I got the adapter set-on... It just dont seem to work? Any suggestions?Thanks
