I am looking into a new computer. Mainly I just run Photoshop CS and World of Warcraft...but I dont know anything about hardware and dont want to under or over do it. I prefer to stick to the 400-600$ range, with a monitor included. Ive seen deals on Dell but seeing as I dont know hardware I dont know if those will be sufficient for my needs 
Ive looked on sites such as craigslist as well but alot of people have warned me (and now I understand why) about buying a used computer. Anyway...thanks in advance!
