date etc and nothing in the middle of the page? how do i change the settings to get it to print everything on the page?

You need to uninstall your printer driver from ur computer and then restart it.......after doing this ...reinstall ur printer software once again...i hope it will help u out...cheers....

Click - tools Click on Internet OptionsClick advanced tab and scroll down to PrinterTick box that states - Print background colours and images click apply click ok.Hope that works for you...
