Any reccomendations on a new motherboard?

I'm looking for a lower cost but decent; socket x2, vista compatible mobo- with decent over clocking capabilities. dual video card capabilities not needed.I am building a new gaming PC- antec case, AMD 5000 black edition cpu- 2G memory, and a 8600 320 vid card- any recommendations or comments are greatly appreciated.
