Is an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M graphics card good...

...enough for running Vista Home Premium? I want to get a new laptop and run Vista Home Premium with all the 3D graphics Aerio features on it. I have the choice between two graphics cards:NVIDIA GeForce Go 7150M128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GSHow good is the first one? Upgrading to the second one would cost 100 $ but I won't play games on my computer, I'm only worried about the requirements for Vista.Thanks for your help.
