2003 Ford Taurus drivers window inoperative.?

Ford dealer did a dianostic test and printed out "needs CJB". Price to fix was in the $400 range. Not repaired. When button is pressed it clicks in the box mounted under the dash next to the steering post. What does CJB stand for? Window has worked before by tapping on the box under the dash.
