128MB DDR Geforce Go7300?

I'm thinking about buying a 'Windows Vista Ultimate' laptop with a 128MB DDR Geforce Go7300 with TurboCache, Video card.I heard somewhere that Different Cards are meant for different games on vista... So the question is. Can I use this video card to play all XP-Vista games?Thank you!
