"Right Click and Send to" change options

with Windows Vista? With Windows XP,you have a file called "Send to" in your "Documents and settings" which lists you right click, send to options, and you can add or delete locations to send to (Like I changed mine to "Send to " Mail Recipient via Outlook" rather than the default that Microsoft has.Is there a way in Vista to change these send to options as well?If so, please tell me how. thanks
